Mike Benton, President of H2O Developers LLC., H2O Property Management LLC, and Murrells Inlet Group, entered the real estate market with a background in the commodity and foreign exchange trading arena. After relocating from South Florida, he quickly became #1 in sales and marketing for one of the top real estate firms in South Carolina. He then expanded that success through joining a team of top developers in Myrtle Beach, SC, with whom he became involved in real estate acquisition and development. Most notable projects included Coral Beach Hotel and Sea Mist Hotel conversions. Mike is currently involved in the development, marketing and investment of over $50,000,000 worth of commercial real estate projects on the Grand Strand.

Mike's most recent development projects include a twenty-four unit town home development, a one hundred and twelve unit condo conversion at www.coastal.edu, and a thirty nine lot subdivision in the Carolina Forest area. He is currently working on redeveloping a twenty-eight unit commercial park, a two hundred-twenty acre residential tract near HWY 9, and multiple apartment complexes in the southeast region.

Mike resides in Myrtle Beach, SC, where he is invested in contributing to the overall economic growth of the Myrtle Beach and Carolina Forest communities. Mike is happily married to Dr. Elizabeth Benton and has one 16 month-old daughter, Savanna.
